Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

U Brands does not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, share certain information with advertising partners in ways that California and several other states define as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that sharing, and this page shows you three ways to do it.

Option 1: Turn On Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a privacy extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically, with nothing else required from you.

GPC is built into some browsers and available as a free extension for others. Learn how to enable it at globalprivacycontrol.org. Because GPC is stored in your browser, you'll need to enable it on each browser and device you use.

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to support@u-brands.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line. Include the email address associated with your account or orders so we can find and flag your record.

This method applies your opt-out across all your devices, not just one browser.

Option 3: Call Us

Call 1-833-795-8442 and tell us you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

What We Share, and With Whom

When you browse or shop on ubrands.com, we may share the following with advertising and analytics partners so they can show you relevant ads:

• Identifiers such as a hashed email address, device identifier, or IP address
• Commercial information such as products viewed, cart activity, and past purchases
• Internet activity such as pages visited and how you arrived at our site

We do not share Sensitive Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

After You Opt Out

• We'll process your request within 15 business days and notify our advertising partners.
• You'll still see ads from us, they just won't be targeted based on your activity across other sites.
• Opting out does not delete your account, cancel your orders, or unsubscribe you from email. To unsubscribe from marketing, use the link at the bottom of any email.
• We will never charge you or degrade your experience for opting out.
