Submit a Privacy Request

You have rights over the personal information U Brands holds about you. This page tells you exactly how to exercise them and what happens after you do.

What You Can Request

  • Know or access. Get a copy of the personal information we've collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
  • Delete. Ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax and transaction records.
  • Correct. Ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
  • Port. Receive your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
  • Limit sensitive information. See Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information.

How to Submit a Request

Use either method below. Both reach the same team.

To help us find your records, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to shop or sign up with us
  • Which request you're making from the list above
  • Any order number, if your request relates to a purchase

What Happens Next

  • We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days.
  • We'll complete your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend by another 45 days and will tell you why before we do.
  • We may need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting information. We'll only ask for what's necessary to confirm you are who you say you are, and we won't use that information for anything else.
  • There is no charge, and we will never treat you differently for making a request.

Authorized Agents

Someone else may submit a request for you. We'll ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still need to verify your identity directly.
